  • Do I need to buy a meal plan?
    Charleston Southern resident meal plans are tied in with their room and board automatically. Full Time Commuters are assigned a 75 Declining Balance Meal Dollars. All Full Time and Part Time Students living off campus may purchase a Meal Plan through the Dining Services Office.

  • Will my meal plan auto renew for next semester? 
    If you are a Residential Student living on campus your Meal Plan will auto renew to the All Access Meal Plan.  Non-resident students need to re-enroll each semester.

  • Will unused meals or Dining Dollars roll over? 
    Meals do not roll over from semester to semester, however declining balance dollars roll over from Fall to Spring – and expire in May.

  • If I have already purchased a meal plan, can I change it?

Don’t worry - simplicity and convenience are all within reach. Once you have a meal plan, your student ID works like a debit card. Just swipe your card and the meals and points are deducted from your meal plan account.

Students Required to Buy
All students living on campus are required to buy a meal plan from the residential plan options the includes meal swipes and Dining Dollars.
Students Not Required to Buy
Living off campus brings a different set of needs and challenges to college life. Commuters and students living in surrounding apartments are offered a select group of meal plans specifically tailored with flexibility in mind. All non-resident plans are offered in blocks of meals that can be used at any time in the CSU Dining Hall.
